Leading the consolidation and modernization of a distributed payment gateway ecosystem into a unified target-state platform. The program includes migration of merchants from legacy gateways to strategic gateways. It introduces an adapter-based architecture to ensure backward compatibility and minimize disruption during transition. The approach balances incremental migration with platform standardization to reduce technical debt while maintaining production stability.

Designed and developed a full-scale payment gateway processor from the ground up. The system was built to meet PCI DSS compliance and support high-volume, multi-channel transaction processing. It integrated with 20+ eCommerce ecosystems and major card networks, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and digital wallets. Owned the end-to-end system design, implementation, and long-term evolution over a decade in production.

Delivered a unified payment infrastructure that allowed merchants to process transactions without managing underlying processor or network complexity, significantly reducing integration overhead and accelerating merchant onboarding.

While maintaining the legacy issuing system, modularized and modernized the private card issuing platform. The system was re-architected and rebuilt using .NET Core, replacing a tightly coupled legacy codebase that was difficult to maintain and scale. Owned the full transformation lifecycle, from target architecture and domain modeling through implementation and production delivery.

Designed and delivered a multi-tenant customer and subscription management platform used across telecom, insurance, and government sectors to manage customers and their billing workflows, supporting both recurring subscription models and ad-hoc payment processing. Led the architecture and implementation of core domain services covering customer lifecycle management, subscription orchestration, billing rules, and financial reporting.
